Thriving at DC!
Campers have the freedom to pick from four exciting classes each day, with a variety of onsite and offsite options. Whether exploring the wonders of STEM, expressing their artistic side, or enjoying hands-on sports, there’s something for everyone. Lunch is always a highlight, especially with our famous Pizza Mondays—a camper favorite! At Discover Camp, we emphasize kindness, friendship, and inclusion, celebrating each camper’s individuality. Our themed days lead to the highly anticipated DC Spirit Day, where everyone showcases their creativity and camp spirit alongside our beloved mascot, the Fuzzo. Get ready for an unforgettable summer of fun and discovery!
Full-Day Schedule:
- Early Drop Off: 7:45 am – 8:45 am ($100 per week)
- Regular Drop Off Begins: 8:30 am – 9:00 am
- Period 1: 9:00 am – 10:25 am
- Period 2 (Including Lunch & Recess): 10:30 am – 1:00 pm
- Half-Day Pickup: 1:00 pm
- Period 3:1:00 pm – 2:25 pm
- Period 4: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
- Camper Pickup: 3:30 pm – 3:50 pm
- Late Pickup: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm ($100 per week)
- Extended Late Pickup: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm ($150 per week)
- Period 5 Extended Day: The 5th Period is an exciting extended day option that extends your child’s camp day from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This additional time offers your child the opportunity to dive into one of our engaging and enriching programs. Each class is led by our dedicated teachers, providing an extra minutes of stimulating instruction each day. Period 5 Extended Day: This new pilot program allows for an additional 90 minutes of instructional class time. A registration form with class options will be provided. An extra fee applies for this extension to 5:00 pm.
